Resilience Index

The T.H.R.I.V.E Resilience Index measures your human resilience capability and your ability to meet the challenges of the digital and cyber transformation that is at the heart of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.  The Resilience Index forms part of an online assessment and can be done for your entire organisation and/or for specific teams and individuals. The Index recommends specific interventions proven to increase resilience over time. The Resilience Index is dynamic and should be used regularly to assess the Resilience Profile and Resilient Thinking of your team or organisation.

The Resilience assessment can be conducted online, asking scaled questions which are scored and then used to recommend appropriate and timely interventions. You can’t do everything at once, so the Index helps us to pinpoint what will make the most difference right now.

 

Vision Workshops

These workshops focus on specific areas of the T.H.R.I.V.E. Model and are a good way to introduce and embed Resilient Thinking into the organisation.

The Vision Workshop is done after the Resilience Index been completed. This will identify specific areas of focus and will encourage the leadership team to generate the vision required to engage teams in the T.H.R.I.V.E. framework.

 

Agile Coaching

We offer onsite resilience coaching to support organisations who are experiencing immediate issues, such as project stalling or failure.  We also coach organisations on successfully building resilience both with internal and external stakeholders. Coaching interventions are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the organisation and can take place with individuals or teams. Starting from the proven Agile methodology, we include positive psychology interventions that research has proven have the most beneficial impact on individual, team and organisational productivity.

 

Online Interventions

The practice of Resilient Thinking has been proven to increase over time, by engaging specific psychological interventions. We offer such interventions online, which can be measured and used to increase the organisation’s  Resilience Index ranking.

Using the science of positive psychology, the online course takes all staff through the T.H.R.I.V.E. framework. It is designed to be interactive, and supports existing agile frameworks. Repeatability and consistency have been proven by research to develop new neural pathways of behaviour and developing character strengths, which aid resilient thinking. Post intervention measurements can be done to show the difference over time. It is recommended that these courses are repeated with teams, and revisited over time, to refresh and instil deeper resilience.
